This is a very brief look at what is called the Left Hand Path in occultism. This is intended to be a summary, and by no means encapsulates the entirety of such a vast, deep concept.
The Left Hand Path is a philosophy associated with fierce individualism, self-empowerment, and non-conformity. It is typically contrasted with the Right Hand Path, which is seen as more traditional, orthodox, and conformist.
In Western esotericism, the Left Hand Path is often associated with occult practices that focus on personal power, self-deification, and the pursuit of individual desires and goals. It is seen as a journey of intense, ongoing shadow work and self-transformation, where individuals attempt to break free from societal norms and restrictions in order to discover their true selves.Â
Some may associate it with dark or taboo practices, as Left Hand Path occultists are known to embrace and work with the demonic entities found within the Qlipoth. In this way, there are much deeper, darker levels to Left Hand initiation than what is covered here. Regardless of its reputation, however, the Left Hand Path remains an ancient, time-tested process of achieving enlightenment through self-deification.

In our universe, we must discover and create our own version of the truth in order to further our personal, spiritual evolution. Do not take these words for gospel. Do not cling to the advice of so-called masters or gurus. In a world of unlimited information, we must consume responsibly, while staying open-minded. If something resonates with your spirit, consider that it may contain something valid, useful, or eye-opening. Try, if you can, to relieve yourself of dogma. In the end, our reality is but a thought in the mind of the Creator, and should not be taken seriously to the point of suffering.
